Tristen Norfleet is a bluegrass mandolin player and vocalist originally from Kokomo, Indiana, now based in Kentucky and Nashville’s bluegrass scene. Raised in a musical family, Norfleet grew up performing at festivals, shows, and jam sessions alongside his father and uncles in their band, Branded Bluegrass, developing a deep foundation in traditional bluegrass music.

In addition to his work in bluegrass, Norfleet has contributed mandolin to a range of recordings across genres, including “Coors Light” by Chloe Kimes and the EP “Down South” by The Reveal, showcasing his versatility as a musician. As a member of Nash Grass Unit, he brings a strong rhythmic chop, dynamic lead playing, and vocal harmony to the band’s high-energy progressive bluegrass sound.

Offstage, Norfleet is a proud father to his son, Lennon, and remains active in the Nashville music community, frequently performing and collaborating on classic country and acoustic music projects. When he’s not on stage, you can likely find him on the golf course.
