Adam Ramaley is a guitarist and vocalist based in Portland, Oregon, bringing soaring high harmonies to Nash Grass Unit. Raised in Kansas, he developed his love of bluegrass at the Walnut Valley Festival, where he met Lucas White jamming in the campgrounds.

His musical travels have taken him to Spain, Ireland, China and Indonesia. An alumnus of the Portland State Chamber Choir, Adam’s choral experience includes the ensemble’s Grand Prix victory at the 2017 Bali International Choir Festival. He is also a featured soloist on its 2017 album, “The Doors of Heaven,” which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Traditional Classical chart, a first for a university choir.

Away from the stage, Adam is a husband and father who enjoys exploring the outdoors.
